The 'max', 'best' and red lines

Ian edited this page Nov 26, 2023 · 1 revision

The solid red line is at +6dBm, as a reminder that it is the absolute maximum input level with 0dB internal attenuation for the TinySA Ultra. The TinySA basic has a higher maximum of +10dBm but the 1dB compression point for both versions is -1dBm.

The dashed red line, labelled 'max', is at 0dBm, which is the suggested maximum input power of +0dBm with internal attenuation in automatic mode.

The dashed blue line, labelled 'best', is at -25dBm which is the recommended maximum for best accuracy measurements.

Refer to the TinySA Ultra specification.
