package.json 放置位置以及 MakeFile 的 mapshaper 路徑 #35

第一次接觸這個，想照著README做

一開始想說在專案目錄下 npm install ，結果發現package.json它被丟在json資料夾下

後來想執行 make ，結果發現 MakeFile 執行 node_module 的設定不對
