It is not possible to deploy/ship complete plugins, as TemplatePyFiles is not defined, thus some Python files are missing.

plugin_build_tool/pb_tool/templates/pb_tool.tmpl

python_files: __init__.py ${TemplateModuleName}.py ${TemplatePyFiles}

I noticed this issue while generating a new processing plugin and both _provider and _algorithm files were missing: NINAnor/minimalistic-mbtiles-generator@49a654b
