Unable to create a Plugin using this #50

It gives an error saying OTB installation folder not found.

Not sure why we need OTB installation for a simple plugin creation.

Please advise.

What QGIS version and operating system?

I am using Windows 10 OS (10.0.10586) and QGIS 2.14.3-Essen.
