Under the extensions Settings > General page, all of those checkboxes are completely uneditable for me. Can't toggle any of them on or off, but I am able to toggle the settings in "Popup Window" and "Keyboard Shortcuts" just fine.

Hoping the "General" page can be fixed, since some of those options are really important to have control over.

Thanks @bodydiv, I think we're discussing over email as well. This seems to be due to something in the Vivaldi browser not working with manifest v3 extensions (or at least not the way I've implemented it). I'll need to do some more debugging with it.

The older 1.7.4 version of the extension seems to still work in Vivaldi (other than the manifest V2 warning). Here's a link to that version: https://github.com/fwextensions/QuicKey/releases/download/v1.7.4/QuicKey.1.7.4.zip

You can download that and unzip the folder. Then go into the Extensions page in Vivaldi and click the Developer Mode toggle in the top right. Then drag the unzipped 1.7.4 folder and drop it on the Extensions page. That will load an "unpacked" extension, which just means it's from your computer and not the Chrome store. It will never update and will stay there until you disable or remove it. You'll probably need to set up your keyboard shortcuts again for it.
