client is not a constructor exception

I am getting client is not a constructor exception if am trying to connect to kafka.

Hello, I myself have run into the issue there is actually an node dependency problem when this node is built it used an underlying library called "kafka-node" which has changed constructor name. I removed the kafka-node from the modules and ran the command "npm install [email protected]" which fixed the problem
