Add support to pass resource as a parameter

Hey nice tool, I really wish I could be able to pass in the resource directly on the command line so I don't accidentially pick the wrong resource from the items list, it would make a better workflow and less error prone.

tftarget destroy/plan/apply for a specific resource I already know.

tftarget destroy module.compute.aws_instance.server
