[Youtube] Add option to show dislikes as percentage

Use Cases

Most return YouTube dislike implementations offer to display the dislike radio in percent, which makes it easier to judge the approval of the video independently of its view count. Additionally it is less misleading because the dislikes reported by the plug-in are not the actual number of dislikes anyway but an assumed appropriated and upscaled number of how many people would have disliked before the dislike count was removed by youtube. Only the ratio is correct and comparable, so why not just display it as ratio in percent.
