Improved subscription update UI

Use Cases

• Viewing the time of the last update
• Viewing how many channels have been processed
• Stopping the fetching to restart it later in case of connection loss or other issues

Proposal

Probably add a small bar above the video list. When idle, show the time of the last subscriptions update. When fetching videos, show the progress indicator like you do now, some text and a loading progress (such as "Loading... (16/100)"). Add a button to cancel the update while it's running
