Add "Export all" to the downloads menu

Use Cases

You have downloaded a bunch of videos, and would like to transfer them to another device for watching later. Right now you have to export each video individually to do that, which is very time consuming.

Proposal

To add an "Export all" button to the Downloads menu. Or maybe to allow selecting of downloaded videos to perform a variety of actions like export, delete, add to queue, etc.

An alternative solution might be to add an option to automatically export videos when downloading.
