Better support for OMEZarr

Specifying axis types as spatial or not by whether the axis name contains a "^" is a bit awkward if you don't want you channels to have axis name "c^". Instead we should support the axis_type argument with support for "space", "time", "channels", None, "{anything else}".

open_ome as a specialized version of open_ds.
