HTTP middleware for making load/mutations work easily with JSON http APIs.

A lot of people need to access JSON APIs from within Fulcro. This has largely been left as an exercise for the reader, but is probably a significant blocker for beginners who just want to try the UI side against an existing server.

I've started a branch json-api-remote with a partial implementation and am looking for contributors that might want to polish it.

Some things that need done still:

• Test mutations in real world
• Make the json map renaming code case insensitive
• Support for (bidirectional) data coercion based on the Fulcro name of the keys
• Support for a way to customize key renames (currently assumes the name of the Fulcro keyword === json key)
