tests/anthytest: Support GNOME Wayland and GTK4

- Check "preedit-changed" signal is called twice in GNOME Wayland.
  Maybe a mutter bug.
- Make sure the preedit is cleared before the next test case runs
- Wait for 3 seconds in GNOME Wayland before the test cases run to
  get delayed focus events.
- Implement GTK4
