Add translation support to apps #11

Here is a list of all applications. Here we should list whether an application is able to be translated.
Maybe we find a way to list which application is translated in which languages, so that anybody can see on the first sight where he could help to translate:

I propose to drop the "Snap" app altogether.

The underlying ft-robo-snap will not be developed any further (I'll do RoboBlocks instead), and all relevant functionality of the old ft-robo-snap is already provided by Brickly - plus, Brickly programs can run standalone on the TXT, while ft-robo-snap programs always run in the connected browser.

Because I moved the apps and will translate them there when I feel so.

I just updated the list of needed translations. I will try to add some new translations to be prepared for the convention. So we will be prepared for users from around the world
