I'm guessing @fsalum isn't going to do the migration, so if you have the inclination and time, I'd suggest doing so yourself.

I lieu of a migration to voxpupuli we have forked and updated the module here: https://github.com/claranet/puppet-newrelic. Support for Puppet 4 and 5 added, but still plenty to be doing. This module is in active use and maintained.
