Ability to show translation resources for translator reference.

Overhaul the editor component with Slate and add support for more tags.
At least 25 more tags. Specifically footnotes. These maybe shown as end-notes in the HTML.
Should ultimately be a WYSIWYG editor.
Release the component by itself as an NPM module.
Support for variable verse numbering.
Support for joint verses.
Support for translating book names.
