Noticed a few typos in the book.

I didn't find the source files for the book and I have also seen a comment in a commit, which states, that the source files for the book had been deleted, so I am just writing here instead of making a fork and a pull request.

I put the mistakes in bold. The pictures are taken in a way that can be seen, where in the book it is taken from.

Let X and Y be a random variables:

P(X > y) dx: (it's probably P(X > x) dx, but I could be wrong)

or mean of a RVs is arguably:

There is a missing closing bracket after A x B at the bottom of the image.

This one is from the exercise textbook. There seems to be a problem with the citation, because at the bottom of the image it says "Check exercise ?? to find out ...". Perhaps you meant exercise 2.8 example c.), because there we mapped from (0,1] to {0,1}.
