Crash on IOS when compiled with AIR 22 beta #47

The following code

if (AirImagePicker.getInstance().isImagePickerAvailable())
            {
                AirImagePicker.getInstance().displayImagePicker(chooseImageComplete);
            }

crash when compiled on IOS with Air 22 beta
it works well with every previous Air SDK
