Could not parse citation from court 'illappct'

All examples seen:

  1. 2024 IL App (1st) 232359B-U
  2. 2024 IL App (4th) 4230570-U
  3. 2024 IL App (1st) 11545-U
  4. 2024 IL App (1st) 240204U

Some seem like one off typos (2) has 1 more digit than expected, (3) has 1 less. (1) has a letter ending, (4) has no dash

Need to modify https://github.com/freelawproject/reporters-db/blob/main/reporters_db/data/regexes.json#L14
