Documents note getting captures in multiple courts

Browser is Chrome 114.0.5735.91 in Incognito on Win 10.

I noted that the plugin is grey, as though it is not active, and doesn't appear to be capturing PDFs in ORD and NYED.

Hi @CaseGuide, I tested the extension using Chrome versión 114.0.5735.110 in Incognito mode on Win 11 and it's working properly. Here's a GIF of the extension working in incognito mode:

Can you provide a list of extensions you've enabled in incognito mode?. I'd also like to know the cases you were trying to upload and the steps you took to reproduce the issue. In the meantime, I'm going to review the document URL from the picture.
