Need better Safari install instructions #307

When you install RECAP, you do it through the app store. Once you do, if you open the app, you get this screenshot:

Ignoring the hideous exclamation points for a moment, these directions should be better:

Where in settings? (Safari > Extensions > RECAP)
What do I do when I get there? (Turn it on, and then allow content and viewing history from CourtListener.com and from USCourts.gov)
