feature: button "listen" for specific trnaslation

problem: to listen (monitor) specific translation, operator needs to do a lot - click on gear, select option, select "monitor and output", all these actions consume a lot of time.

proposal: add holdable (click to press, click to release) buttons aside every connection to listen (or not) that translation.
