Using 'updated_at' time gives a misleading message of actvity. Use 'pushed_at' #1

The pages displays the updated_at property. Lately this property is apparently changed even when there is no user action on the repository. It seems that pushed_at is at this point the only reliable indicator of real action (that is commits) on a repository.

When displaying pushed_at one actually sees that only four repositories under freecores had a commit after 2014-07-17, which showed that this copy of OpenCores is essentially unmaintained.
