Currently disabled, pystac seems not to support 1.0.0-rc.2 yet (see stac-utils/pystac#306)

In cbers_2_stac_test.py, collection_test.py and update_catalog_tree_test.py

def validate_json(filename):
    """
    Validate STAC item using PySTAC
    """
    with open(filename) as fname:
        jsd = json.load(fname)
    # validate_dict(jsd)
