New release: 0.8.0 - support for EV Charger, new Proxy feature and bug fixes

Hi All,

I have the pleasure of releasing a new version 0.8.0 of dbus-mqtt-devices. This is quite a big release with 2 major new featues and a bunch of bug fixes.

1. support for EV Charger devices
2. MQTT Proxy to simplify client development - see README for details

There are also some new samples that use node-red flow in the samples directory.

With this version you will no longer need to run setup.sh following a VenusOS upgrade. The dependency checks are performed automatically on each reboot. If you do have problems after a Venus upgrade, simply reboot your Venus device.

To upgrade the driver download the releaese zip file, unzip and then run the setup.sh as described in the readme.
