- Open Eclipse
- Select "Help" on the top menu bar
- Click "Install New Software"
- Click "Add..." at the right of "Work with" slot
- Name: FRC Plugin
- Location: http://first.wpi.edu/FRC/roborio/release/eclipse/
- Click "OK"
- Agree with terms
- Click "Finish"
