Guest Chat is broadcasting to all erpnext users.

When a user with no access to erpnext system uses "chat with us" ,the messages are broadcasted to all erpnext users

From the database it is seen that the message is visible to every other users in the system.

And also defining the roles that have chat enabled doesn't solve the issue. I created a specific role for chat, but still all users see the messages.
The bigger problem is that when the other system users reply, all their messages will not have a different labels, only my message will show with a blue background while everyone else's message will have a gray background without a name for a sender.
