💡 [Feature Request] - Ability to edit submitted transactions

We should be able to edit old transactions

What problem are you trying to solve?

Often times when going forward we realize some mistakes in the previous transactions and want revisions.

Well, not having the ability to change submitted documents is I believe a security feature to prevent you from doing bad things, although I accept that this is inconvenient at times.

I thought of a different way to get to the same results in #756. The idea would be to have a global switch to toggle a provisional mode and submitted documents while in provisional mode could be un-submitted and edited to correct for errors. And once everything is all right, the provisional mode could be turned off and submitted documents would become permanently submitted.
