In Australia, companies can list the GST exclusive price along with the tax and total on each line. However they can also legally on their tax invoices show only the GST inclusive prices on each line item but then must show in the totals section below the total amount of gst of the whole invoice. This means in these cases when we enter the cost as shown on the invoice from the supplier, we have to calculate the ex-GST price manually before entering the cost into the frappe books purchase invoice. It would be nice if we could have an option as to whether the prices being entered on the invoice are tax inclusive or not and the system would calculate the totals accordingingly.
