Provide tagged releases and a changelog

At the moment, this package neither has tagged releases nor a changelog to see what changed between the versions. It would be great to have both of them.

I think there is low activity for this repo. I recommend you to take a look at this repo: https://github.com/DigitalTrustCenter/sectxt . They also provide a PyPI package, and it is actively maintained.

This probably depends on your preferences. wellknown-securitytxt is subject to the terms of the common Apache-2.0 license with a weak copyleft effect and does not really need many changes, while sectext is subject to the terms of the less common EUPL-1.2 with a strong copyleft effect which tends to apply to SaaS as well, possibly causing issues in commercial applications.
