Instead of using old, in-line versions of the functions set_fixed_num, fp_to_string, and strcat2 now uses custom_functions.h versions Also updated KBuild and Makefile for the driver to be able to made in its source directory

Hasn't been tested yet on de-10. I have only confirmed it compiles so far.
