I've been downloading platform-tools, etc. I couldn't find aapt.exe. Is it only downloadable with Android Studios? I don't want that, file is big and I don't even develop android apps.

Are there some revisions of this project that doesn't use that aapt.exe? I know apksignaturekiller doesn't, but I'd at least like to try to use this kstools.

if you have android studio installed, it's already exists
