User's should get a randomly generated name on signing up

When a user first sign's up on the platform, only his/her name/email is setup. This leads to his name being displayed as "" on the UI.

Describe the solution you'd like

We should provide a default name like "John Doe", or, even better, generate a fake name for the user so that he is prompted to go and update the same.

This would make for a better UI experience.
