Describe the bug
On test.eventyay.com error messsage of client id appears when trying to connect with Stripe
Refer to comment and screen shot at :
fossasia/open-event-frontend#8649 (comment)

This is due to test server trying to read from the set of live keys that are blank in test.
Test ENV should only read from test fields
