No effect on Clicking on Card or play buttons inside Meditation Activity

Actual Behaviour.
There are no animation or any touch effect when we click on card or play button on card inside Mediation Activity

Expected Behaviour
A touch effect should be there to confirm the click event

Steps to reproduce it
Open the Meditation Activity
Click on Cards present there or Navigate inside any card and click on play button on card.

@AkshobhyaP I was talking about the play button on the list item.

Play button in the player activity and in the list share the same resource. So the same animation can be used there.
