Improve access logic and URL structure

As the system now gets deployed as part of the eventyay system please improve access logic and URL structure:

1. Access for system admins to the video component. Change the current URL structure from https://app.eventyay.com:8443/control/ to https://app.eventyay.com/video/admin
2. If an organiser chooses "add video" during event creation, automatically create a world for each event in a sub domain here: https://app.eventyay.com/video/[event organiser]/[event name here]. Also ensure this works if an organisers adds video later.
3. Ensure function access control for organisers. Organisers should be able to edit config, rooms, etc. in the component.
