[Feature Request] Disable emoji reactions to preserve dopaminergic system

Hi, I really like the app especially the additional features that I don't have with telegram. since new features have been added here, I can imagine you could also remove features, or at least offer an option to disable them.

I dislike the emoji instant reactions for reasons of comfort and concentration. Unfortunately, you can't turn them off. I am of the opinion that emoji instant reactions in group chats negatively may affect the dopaminergic system. Also, thumbs up or thumbs down in group chats are not always necessarily used because you agree or disagree with a person, but partly because you like the person.

That's why I would like to use a Telegram where I can't see these reactions.
I've already tried to install an old version of telegram, but the old app doesn't work anymore with telegrams server.

I hope other people would also find such an option helpful.
And maybe you developers have a little time to add something like this. I would be very happy. ☺️
