Inconsistent repo, repo readme and app name: Fork Client and Forkgram

Actual behaviour: When trying to search by project repo name in f-droid it's impossible to find it because it's named differently.
Expected behaviour: Disclamer near fdroid button or consistentl project name

I've noticed this as well and always gets me when I'm searching for it
