Animated stickers are animated although setting is turned off

Hello,

I am using the Forkgram client in version v10.9.3.0 (arm64-v8a) on GrapheneOS 14 on a Pixel 6a.
In the settings, I switched off all animations. However, in group chats (haven't checked one-to-one-chats), animated stickers are still animated / the animations are played in an infinite loop.

Can anyone reproduce this? Do you need further information?
