renaming a topic not effective (only locally, no sync) #246

Steps to reproduce:

Create/Go to a group with topics
Rename one of the topics (change it's title)

Expected behaviour: The topic changes it's title also for all other group members and in other TG clients.

Observed behaviour: The topic's title is unchanged for me in Telegram Web as well as for all other group members.

(Edit: Forkgram Version v10.9.2.0 (45830) from f-droid, Samsung One UI 6.0 with Android 14)
