Creating Empty Column Families with CREATE Table

There is no syntax in CREATE TABLE for empty column families. On our project, we may first create a record with some initial data, but not have columns for some column families at initial table creation. I understand one can create dummy columns, but this adds cruft to the model.

Would be good to have the capability to specify additional column families at create time.
