Improve Readability of CLI Documentation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I am often referring to the documentation on Salesforce CLI Command Reference, (e.g. mdapi commands). However, the readability is not to my liking.

What are you trying to do
Easily read and locate documentation content on the CLI Command Reference page

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like the documentation be neatly written as a table. It makes it easier to identify parameters rather than the current wall-of-text.

• Either the solution can be as in the SOAP API Developer Guide (e.g. see for an account)

• Or the solution can be with additional columns (see screenshot of suggestion of table below)

Keep on reading the non-readable documentation.
