Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This is an issue that came up from a participant in a user research study. User had to reset their environment, and had to reconnect Dev Assistant to a Salesforce Org. User kept trying to connect, but nothing was happening. Output would say "no default org set". The actual fix was having to go to the settings checkbox to enable A4D.

Describe the solution you'd like
As a user tries to connect and the feature is not enabled, the user can be prompted and asked if they want it to be enabled. It can be done automatically for them.

Maybe a Dupe or alternate view of #85

@nathankhuu Can you remember if when this was occurring the user was using the same Alias when logging in? We have an known issue where an alias will get cached incorrectly if the user logs in multiple times with the same alias that results in the condition described #85

The work around is just to refresh the browser (in code builder).

@gbockus-sf I'm not sure, I'll follow up with the user to see if they remember

@gbockus-sf response from the user:

Yes, it was the same Alias. I have not had that issue anymore. It may have been a PICNIC error.
Problem In Chair Not In Computer (PICNIC) 🙂
