Empty columns in Dataset

Dear team,
I wanted to work on a dataset using your nice tool. Unfortunately not all of the data which I see in the Wave Analytics app are visible in the Analytics Cloud Dataset Util. Please find attached screenshot. What is common to the columns which show no data is that the columns are coming from joined tables.
Please let me know whether this is bug or I do sth. wrong.
