Installing Mod Issue

Ok quick question? I installed a mod so I could do some testing. It required an ini file to be installed into a specific folder that already exists in data/config but instead it installed the ini into the data folder. I made sure that the mod was set up correctly (Data/Config/the specified folder/ the ini file) but it persists in installing it directly into the data folder. Now if I uninstall the mod it does remove the ini from the data folder. Just can't understand why FOMM will not install it where it should. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Ok never mind. Discover the issue. Mod actually was set up Goodsprings/Data/Config/the specified folder/ the ini file. Somehow I kept not noticing the Goodsprings folder. Removed it and it then installed correctly.
