xAxis label orientation to vertical

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Currently thermal chart shows the time label horizontally, it is fine on bigger monitors, but does not work on resolutions of 1366x768. Is it possible to rotate text to 45d or 90d or make it configurable by users.

Set the xAxis.axisLabel.rotate to anything b/w -90 to 90 in echarts
