Add the SASS plugin in the gruntfile.js

Adding the sass plugin in gruntfile.js . This could be very helpful as the fluidproject.org contains a lot of css in it.
Sass files compile into well-formatted, standard CSS to use in your site or application.It adds nested rules, functions, selector inheritance, and more to CSS.

I did'nt get what do you mean by styling requirements.

@aashimgarg as I mentioned in the comment converting to SASS at this point is pre-mature. We will need to consider what, if any, styling changes will be made to the site as part of this project first. Also it already is using Stylus, so there would need to be a reason to switch to a different CSS pre-processor.
