Add clouds and churning gaseous atmosphere for various world types.

I like the idea of there being a different number of these atmospheric circulation "Cells" (Really tubes around the planet) that affect precipitation and thus biomes but it might be easier for now to just say that there's always 3 either side of the equator (6 total) like on Earth.
