Hide title bar or redesign to minimize space used. #163

Can you please allow the title bar to be hidden or redesign it to not take up so much vertical space. On Mac OS X, the title bar takes up screen real-estate on normal and fullscreen views.

There will be other controls in that space in the near future. If using Yosemite, its basically the same size as Safari's title bar. Mavericks doesn't have the API for that so we need to do some more work there.

Will consider options for the user here.

It was for Mavericks, I think Yosemite looks fine. And before I posted this request I was wondering if there would be controls in that area. It definitely makes more sense for the spacing if that is the intention.

Though it would be nice to have that go away in fullscreen mode so the editor takes up the full height.
