Field and In Lab RCA:
Visibly fine in field. Battery is good and solar panel appears to be functioning normally. Antenna is broken

Hyothesis: Antenna is broken not sending data when tested in lab. Sensor replaced with v2.5 on July 20, 2023

10/06: check to see if sensor comes back up when Red Hook gateway is back up, if not this sensor needs a visit
